Joel,
Great podcast! It’s always good to be reminded of the most important basics. It’s easy to stray away from some of these over time!
Greg Badger
I Agree this helps us focus on the basics and remember what is important to add perceived value to our companies. (sorry for yelling I can’t seem to shut the all caps off)
looks like the web site takes care of the all caps!
Hi Joel – listed to podcast #16 and found it to be very informative and I look forward
to receiving the 17 point checklist. great information that can implement right away.
thanks – paul iskyan
I agree with Greg. This is an essential checklist to have and use as a professional. We are making changes to implement these important points.
Well done Joel, really enjoyed the podcast, great reminders and tips on staying above the average game.
Great podcast joel!

Thanks,
Gail
Another great podcast. We are implementing most of these points and getting great results. Some points we were implementing but aren’t doing anymore (mostly due to forgetfulness or laziness. We need to get back to doing them. Thanks Joel for the reminder.
what a great idea ,perceived value never thought about that, also 100%percent money back guaranty.great ideas to implement on any business thanks.Steve
Sorry for the all caps response, don’t seem to be able to change cap settings. Agree with the other responders. It’s good to be reminded of some of the basics and I’ll be implementing the package pricing and volume discount on protector up-sell idea. thanks Joel!
Always good to hear basic things that need to be done. Every year, new habits should be added. I Get irritated whenever i see pictures of cleaners with blue jeans or shorts with gyM shoes. That image will not get you into the house by the goLf course or the million dollar home. Keep up the good work!

Love the podcast in which you bring great value to the service business, particularly here with the detailed checklist : ) that we can sometimes overlook in our cleaning.
